Ordering and delivery
Delivery within the UK
This is charged at a flat rate of £6.95 or £14.95 for smaller items. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for the goods to arrive. Furniture and larger items are charged at £25, £45, £55 or £75 depending on size.
We aim to handle your orders quickly, with most in-stock items dispatching within 24 hours of ordering. We will notify you should any unforeseen delay occur.
Smaller items are despatched using our courier partners. A signature may be required. Furniture and large items, depending on delivery location, are delivered either by ourselves, or one of our delivery partners.
Please note: Ines Cole does not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location (e.g. shed, neighbour, etc) we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel.
Furniture and oversized items
The delivery company handling your order will call to schedule your appointment. You are responsible for ensuring that your premises can accept the items ordered and that furniture items will fit through doorways and into their intended space. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in a position to accept courier delivery at the mutually agreed time. Failure to do so may mean additional delivery and storage costs being incurred, for which you would be liable for settlement prior to follow up delivery. Items are delivered to the main entry point of your premises and, whilst we do our best to assist, it is your responsibility to move items to the room of your choice.
We will accept returns or provide an exchange where possible
We will accept returns (or provide an exchange where possible) but, in any event, a refund will only be available if you contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please note, all delivery charges incurred on returns, or for exchanges, will be your responsibility, other than for incorrect, mis-described or faulty items. Sadly, we cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us, so please make sure you obtain a certificate of posting as proof of purchase.
In the event that any item is returned for refund it must be in a fully saleable condition, having been returned in the same condition in which it left us. Upon satisfactory receipt of any returns we will make a refund of the purchase price paid for the item, but will not refund either the cost of delivery or return.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
All of our prices are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). Our VAT Registration number is 101 7272 57. We accept online payment in a secure environment with the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Delta Maestro, Solo and Visa Electron, or by Paypal. You can contact us for our bank details should you wish to make payment by bank transfer.
